We are pleased to introduce the one and only live zoning report. Our unique online real time system allows users to place orders directly into our working sites. You can view, save and print all municipality documents as soon as they are scanned into our system. There is no more waiting until the preliminary report is ready to receive this information. Users can check the status of each of their orders, view our notes and even leave notes directly for the person working on your report. All of the bulk and parking requirements will appear as soon as we have reviewed the current code, and the existing conditions and conformance will appear as soon as we have reviewed the survey. You can also upload any documents you wish to the system as well, such as the survey or appraisal.
