When placing an order with us, please make note of the following:

Most counties in Georgia require us to send two copies of the survey when requesting a zoning letter for a site.

The following jurisdictions will not supply zoning letters:

Scottsdale, AZ; Mountain View, CA; Westborough, MA; Boston, MA; Clark County, WA; City of Reno, NV; Burbank, CA; Lakewood, CA; Mountain View, CA

The following jurisdictions are currently experiencing delays:

Philadelphia, PA - delays in Zoning Letter and Violation Information of  6-8 weeks.

Los Angeles, CA - delays in Certificates of Occupancy for 4-6 weeks.

Atlanta, GA - delays in Certificates of Occupancy for 3-6 months.

Santa Monica, CA - delays in Certificates for Occupancy of 4-8 weeks.

Orange County, FL - delays in Certificates of Occupancy and Building Violations for 2-3 months.

Miami Dade County, FL - delays in Certificates of Occupancy, Zoning Violations, and Building Violations for 2-3 months.

* Please note that there will be additional charges to obtain a Zoning Letter for reports in San Jose and San Diego.

The following jurisdictions are unable to supply certain documents:

Houston, TX - will not provide us with Certificates of Occupancy.

Clark County, NV - will not provide us with Fire Code Violations or give us a verbal verification.

Philadelphia, PA - will not provide us with Certificates of Occupancy or Site Plan Approvals.

Woodstock, VA - the Virginia Department of Transportation will not provide any condemnation information.

Winston-Salem, NC - will not provide us with Building or Zoning Violations.

Zoning-Info, Inc. introduces the first and only Live Zoning Report.  Our new system allows you to put your order directly into our working system, view all documents as we receive them and see the report as we work on it.  You can see the notes we leave for you and you will be able to leave notes for the people actually working on it.  You can upload any documents, including the survey/appraisal so that when we need them they are there.  Do you need the bulk requirements for the Surveyor, as soon as we have them you have them.

The new system is password protected so in order to get started e-mail me and I will set you up as a user and you can get started.  Just think no more wondering where we are on your report, you do not even have to call, look anytime you want to.
