"I have worked with Zoning-Info for a number of years now.  Zoning-Info is extremely professional.  They meet deadlines and alert you of any issues in regards to zoning as soon as they learn of them.  Their new database is a fantastic addition to their service.  You can check what the status is of the various things that go into the report.  Items that they have obtained are posted on the site so that you can see them.  I won’t order zoning reports from any other provider." - Todd Finnelly, CA Ventures
